Serhiy Senchyshy is Ideal Security’s Northeast Field Operations & Lead Technician. Mr. Senchyshyn has been working with Ideal Security since 2015 and covers the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut territories. Holding many certifications and training on a multitude of systems, Mr. Senchyshyn is considered an expert in low voltage and security infrastructure and programming.

Seth Goodstein has a long-standing reputation in the law enforcement and the loss prevention industries. Mr. Goodstein is a former member of New York’s Finest, the NYPD, and retired with the rank of Lieutenant. After completing his career with the NYPD, Mr. Goodstein went on to assume high-level – security leadership positions including N.Y. Marriott Marquis in Times Square, J.W. Marriott Essex House, New York St. Regis Hotel, and N.Y. Marriott East Side Hotel.

He has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. Joseph is highly skilled in project management, overseeing teams of technicians, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. He is also experienced in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems. In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Yao is committed to staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and regularly participates in professional development opportunities. He holds several certifications, including BASA/FASA, Infinias (3XLogic), Kantech, Millennium, and various fire alarm systems.
