JASON GROSS

Founder & CEO

Jason Gross is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IDEAL Security. Prior to Founding IDEAL, Mr. Gross incorporated Eye In The Sky Security in 2003, a DVR (digital video recorder) manufacturing company. Eye In the Sky was created in response to the rapid Security Camera boom that followed our Countries greatest tragedy on September 11, 2001. Eye In The Sky DVR’s were stocked by security distributors throughout the country and sold to integrators for installation.

After years of dedication to the manufacturing industry, Mr. Gross decided to split his time and incorporated IDEAL in June of 2005. The company grew at a rapid pace and continues to service some of the most known clients in their industries such as Related Management, AvalonBay, Greystar, Bozzuto, Marriott Hotels, Gilbane Construction, Ritz-Carlton, and St. Regis hotels.

Mr. Gross has been a contributor to the many real estate industry publications such as Habitat Magazine, The New York Real Estate Journal, and ABO Developments Magazine. Mr. Gross attended the University at Albany and holds many certifications and licenses in the Security and General Construction industries.

Ezra Fridlich

Vice President of Operations

Ezra Fridlich is the Vice President of Operations at IDEAL Security. Mr. Fridlich is responsible for carefully evaluating and approving the equipment and systems that IDEAL installs. As VP of Operation Mr. Fridlich spends much of his time designing small to large scale systems, overseeing installations, and assisting clients with on-going support. Mr. Fridlich is considered an expert in Security and low voltage systems and has many factory certifications such as Latch, Salto, and Brivo, to name a few.

Safety standards for all staff and worksites, along with OSHA 40 certifications are just one of the many ways that Mr. Fridlich ensures a safe and productive work environment at IDEAL Security.

JONATHAN ROUIS

Financial Advisor

Jonathan Rouis has been a financial advisor to IDEAL for over 10 years and formerly served as the Managing Partner at Rouis & Company before consolidating with RBT CPAs, LLP. Mr. Rouis’ background in auditing, accounting, and finance has provided him with a global perspective in advising municipal and commercial clients. Mr. Rouis served on the Sullivan County Legislature for 13 years, including four years as Vice Chairman of the Legislature, four years as Chairman of the Legislature, and eight years as Chair of the Management & Budget Committee.

This combination of serving as both a user and provider of municipal financial information has afforded Mr. Rouis a unique perspective, which he deftly applies to his advisory role at IDEAL. Mr. Rouis attended St. Bonaventure where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

SERHIY SENCHYSHYN

Field Ops – NY, NJ, & CT

Serhiy Senchyshy is Ideal Security’s Northeast Field Operations & Lead Technician. Mr. Senchyshyn has been working with Ideal Security since 2015 and covers the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut territories. Holding many certifications and training on a multitude of systems, Mr. Senchyshyn is considered an expert in low voltage and security infrastructure and programming.

JOSEPH YAO

Field Ops – Florida

Joseph Yao has over 15 years of experience in the security/low voltage industry, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of various systems.

Throughout his career, Joseph has worked with a variety of clients, including commercial businesses, healthcare facilities, and residential customers. He has built a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations. Joseph is highly skilled in project management, overseeing teams of technicians, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. He is also experienced in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems. In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Yao is committed to staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and regularly participates in professional development opportunities. He holds several certifications, including BASA/FASA, Infinias (3XLogic), Kantech, Millennium, and various fire alarm systems.

SETH GOODSTEIN

Security Expert

Seth Goodstein has a long-standing reputation in the law enforcement and the loss prevention industries. Mr. Goodstein is a former member of New York’s Finest, the NYPD, and retired with the rank of Lieutenant. After completing his career with the NYPD, Mr. Goodstein went on to assume high-level – security leadership positions including N.Y. Marriott Marquis in Times Square, J.W. Marriott Essex House, New York St. Regis Hotel, and N.Y. Marriott East Side Hotel.

Having access to an expert in Security hardening, emergency procedures, and security system implementation, allows IDEAL to better serve and protect their clients.
